THANKS SO SO MUCH

-Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
-The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

Great! So when do we start?

Great! So when do we start?"
I assume next month since you said March? Also, I am pretty sure Kristin will make a topic where we can discuss the book as we read it :D

@Sakshi
Near the end of every month, Kristin (our mod in charge of Buddy Reads) creates a new folder that holds all of the BR threads for that month. For example, here's the February BR folder: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...
The quickest way to reach a Buddy Read folder for a particular month is to check the Monthly Message. It's always the first thread on this group's home page under "Announcements."

Mind if I join you for Red, White & Blue in March?

Thanks!

I will join as well.

I would be interested. It looks like I can get this from the library at any time and I love modern historical books! I lived that era.

Yes, a few days before Kristen will put up a thread for it in the buddy read april map.

1. Ask Again, Yes in April.
2. Daisy Jones & The Six in June.
Thanks!

I have 6. Even though I already read A Game of Thrones, I might join you guys by doing the audio just to refresh before book 2.

@Lynn
I'm already committed to 4 BRds in May, but would happily read The Dutch House by Anne Pratchett with you in April. Is that too early for you?

Lindsay, I've been hoping to read this book in 2020 and would love to join you. I also prefer the month of August. So, August?

I would be more than happy to Buddy Read The Dutch House with you in April, oshizu!

That's awesome! I'm looking forward to it!

Whoo! Whoo! The Dutch House it is! ;)

Oh no! Please feel free to let me know if you want to read it in any other month. If not, that's okay!

Kristin, I don’t want to pressurise you to read with me. Let’s have your name as tentative, probably in parentheses like you’ve done previously, and also wait for other readers to nominate. Although I’d be delighted if you do get the time to read along.

I would also be in on City of Bones in July and One of Us Is Lying in October but I'm not sure yet whether to read the whole series or just the first book.

April
How to Raise an Adult by Julie Lythcott-Haims
May
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs
(Book #1 in the series. Interested in reading whole series-right now 5 books and a 6th slated but no release date yet)
June
Yes No Maybe So by Becky Albertalli
August
Storm Siren by Mary Weber (Book #1 in the Storm Siren series of 3 books, interested in reading the whole series)

(Will know more when the nominations are over & poll results are in.)
