beginnings!

Today we start reading Red Sister and there seems to be some momentum being this one. Let's do this!

I'll try to ask questions throughout, but anyone can make a new topic and talk about it. Please warn of spoilers if you talk spoilers. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts about the book, story, plot, and characters.

For me, I'll probably start this next week. Trying to finish my current tome called The Light of All That Falls. It's too good to pause and finish later. :)

I'm 3 hours of listening away from finishing my current book. Looks like I'm starting this one by Wednesday it seems. ☺☺☺

I went to borrow the book from Overdrive last week, and it was borrowed! :( I'm the only person waiting on it, so hopefully it will come in this week.

I usually dont read fantasy and I'm glad that I expanding my reading genres. I just finished Red Sister and the story was good. the author writes very well. it's like Harry Potter meets kill bill. I just had trouble keeping everybody straight and remembering what quantal and marjool was and so forth. the ending was good!

YAY! I'm excited to finish. I'm a third thru it right now. Also "Harry Potter meets Kill Bill" is something I didn't know I wanted till now.
