Man, I'm a whole book behind in this series. If I can get that one done before this br I'd like to join in this one as well.

They've been making great progress based on their blog. Fingers crossed it releases this month as planned. I love Innkeeper!
I know a lot of people complained about Sweep of the Blade because it wasn't about Dina and Sean, but I adored Maud.
Yesssss. I loved everything about vampire society they are hilariously over the top I kept cackling it is possibly my favourite Ilona Andrews book.
I'm about 90% done with Sweep of the Blade so I'm def in for this one! And I might be the oddball but I like it better than the Dina books. Something about Dina rubs me the wrong way, but I really like Maud.

I'm starting Sweep of the Blade today. I'm excited to read it and Sweep With Me. Especially since the book I'm reading now is a drag.
So I started this before work this morning and finished it in one go! I loved every single minute! Here are my thoughts: (view spoiler)

When they finally get together it's going to be explosive. Oh, and the Twilight thing totally cracked me up!

I should get to it tomorrow. Can't wait to read your spoilers.
Not sure when the audio is releasing, but there's a 20 minute sample on the blog...

I think this means Natalie Naudus is replacing Renee Raudman going forward, for the Innkeeper Chronicles series... she did Maud's book, already...
I can't say much about the sample, since I can't speed it up, and it's way too slow for me to listen for more than a couple seconds, lol... at this point, 1x speed kinda feels condescending...

I checked Audible and it's not in their catalog yet even as "coming soon". You probably have a month or two wait Iain. I hope I'm wrong.

It's not guaranteed to appear ahead of time... coming soon/pre-order are mostly shown for publisher-released audiobooks that are ready way ahead of time... audiobooks that basically release when ready get no warning... look at October Daye #13, Invisible Library #6, and System Apocalypse #6, from the past couple months as examples...
I agree we're probably looking at at least 3-5 weeks, tho... this book was literally written over the past month, on the web serial page, so even if Natalie started last week, there's still the Audible development pipeline to work through...

Narilka wrote: "One chapter in and I'm having fun already..."That made me laugh out loud. So many things in these books do!
I finished last night. That was a lot of fun. Too short though!! I want more Dina and Sean. Innkeeper is so imaginative with all the various aliens.
@Narilka the series could go on forever really, I'd be happy with 100 books, each one about a different species.
Tammie wrote: "I'm loving this! [spoilers removed]"Agreed with all of this! The whole book is laugh out loud funny, I enjoyed every second of it. (view spoiler)
I finished last night and it end too soon! I wish it had been longer. I agree with everything you said in your spoiler Charlie. This has ended up being a favorite series of mine too.
It's been a crazy week so I only just finished yesterday. I really do love IAs humor. (view spoiler) A cute story but too short. I hope we hear more from Adira. (view spoiler)
