If you could be transported to the location of the book(s) you are currently reading, where would you be, and what are you doing?

I am leaving Miss Preston’s School outside Baltimore and going to Mr. Locke’s house to attend a Society party. I can’t remember where Mr. Locke lives.
Peggy wrote: "It's Sunday! I'm using doors to travel between worlds. Currently I'm in one called Arcadia."Same, so kind of everywhere. :)
I'm not really sure where I am. I was just in Las Vegas, but I think I've left there and gone... home. I'm not sure where home is. I plan to head to North Carolina later today to work on a mural and also Baltimore County where the dead aren't exactly dead.
I'm currently in Syria. My mother, sisters & I moved back to the country after my father died to be closer to family. We keep hearing shelling.
I am in Chile. I have just seen the body of my Grand son hanging from a bridge. Can I find the rest of my grandkids in time to save them. I am one tough Grandma
My eyes are with Vicki... actually i am late and on my way to the lecture. My ears are in San Francisco, running after a murderer that may be also a terrorist and/or a spy? Long story short,. I am confused.
I'm spending my time between Washington, D. C. and England. Someone has just discovered that their sexual preferences are different than they had thought.
I'm heading to Edenton, North Carolina to work on restoring a mural and to find out what happened to the artist who created it.I'm also heading to Burma to find out what happened to my father and why he disappeared.
Sarah wrote: "I'm in an institute for the criminally insane somewhere in the London area."Part of me is with Sarah and part is in a room full of priests!
I am in a house in Ireland. There are police everywhere and they just found a stalker’s nest in the attic.
I'm with Peggy, fleeing Syria.I'm also in Cornwall investigating the disappearance of a baby. The disappearance has never been solved.
I am in northwest London, where a man has been shot in the face by his wife. She has not spoken a word since it happened.
My ears were listening to a story about animal intelligence most of the day. I have been with January Scaller for the last few hours in a cabin in Vermont.
I am now going back to Mrs. Preston’s School in Pennsylvania (?) and see what is going on with Jane and the zombies.
Renee wrote: "I am locked in a dungeon. It wouldn't be so bad if I had a really long book to read, Oh wait I do"LOL!
I'm in New York. Not sure what's going on but I keep getting false memories and it's freaking me out. Everyone is freaking out.
I am in Catalunya working in a funerary agency. I am visiting a very peculiar lady who wants to plan her funeral. She is sure she will die before Christmas.
Margo wrote: "I'm back in the Six Duchies. Not much happening at the moment...."Margo I googled "the Six Duchies" (because I didn't know where that was) and I am staring at the map and staring at the map and then "palm to forehead" this is a fantasy land. LOL
Sandra wrote: "I am in Catalunya working in a funerary agency. I am visiting a very peculiar lady who wants to plan her funeral. She is sure she will die before Christmas."Lol, Sandra - I just had to check to see what you’re reading!
I’m in India with a goat and in the U.K. furiously puffing on a cigar in the bath tub dictating notes on war strategies.

@Lilisa, I am deeply enjoying this short stories collection. All of them are full of this kind of peculiar character and odd situations. Very Gabriel García Márquez's style.
I'm heading back to Edenton, North Carolina to work on restoring a mural and to find out what happened to the artist who created it.I'm also in Switzerland locked in a room by someone who wants to steal my money. I'm trying to figure out a way of killing my way out of here so I can save a teenage girl who's locked in a crate somewhere.

Kristie, you are very busy!
My eyes just landed in Belgium. I know there is a dead body floating in the river but nothing else for the time being. My ears are in Ethiopia, 1935, looking at an army being formed for the war to come.
