Is The Institute out in paperback?

I saw a release date of September 2019 but I can’t find it anywhere, I see onamazon a cover for it shown and only available for $30+ from other sellers... legit?

It's probably UK editions. The US paperbacks are usually released approximately a year after the hardcover.

Those are UK editions.

You’d be better off buying a paperback version from The Book Depository when they have them back in stock than those third party sellers on Amazon. The Book Depository offers free shipping as well and it is priced much lower. I buy from them quite often if I can’t get something in the US or if the price is lower.
