I'm wondering if that is a new part of the series, or a compilation? If it's a compilation I could number it 1-4 or whatever and not call it a primary part of the series. [Edit: messaged the author. Book is partly a compilation, partly new material, so requested to leave as book 5.]

Based on the book's description (taken from Amazon), it is primarily the same content. Renumbered accordingly. Also corrected title/series info for other volumes in series.

Added info about the new content to the series description, and moved to the top of the book's description.
