One last question...Can someone tell me what the bonus points column is for under the reviews link? I knew we got extra points of we spelled out HAPPY NEW YEAR as a team, but I don't quite know why I have 9 bonus points listed with my name....Thanks!
@Katie this is what Sarah wrote:Bonus points will be awarded based on page count, the same as page points and buddy read points. So if you read a 300 page book and are awarded 6 points, you will earn an extra 6 points for claiming a letter. Similarly, if you read a 300 page middle-grade book, you will receive 4 page points, and a further 4 bonus points for claiming a letter. The same maximums apply as apply for page points.

I'm about to post my review, but I noticed for the review for Whisper that Saige forgot to claim a letter!
@Julianne I noticed that too. @Saige you have to claim a letter before Sarah scores the book otherwise you cant change it.
@Jana with Renegades you cant claim a letter because you started the book in December, but you will get the page points for what you have read in January.
I don't think it fits for any letters. Can I just put it in for page points?

Hello Nursen!I would say maybe Y...only because it takes two P's and two Y's to complete the tagline every time, so we'll need double of those letters. Unfortunately, none of the books I'm reading right now have a P.

Hello team! I wanted to give you a heads up, that I'm in the middle of a bunch of books and buddy reads that are all taking place at the same time right now. I'm making my way through them all, but I'll probably end up finishing all of them at the same time. So I probably won't be able to add a review this week, but by the weekend, I hope to have quite a few! "A Little Life" is HUGE and I really want to finish that one up soon, and with it being a BR and over 1000 pages, that will bring in some points!
I read Pumpkin Heads as a buddy read last week, but I'll need to combine that with other graphic novels or short books to count. I was going to see if anyone wanted to read these short books later in the month:
My goal this week is to finish up my big buddy read and one of my audio books! Plus make good progress in my other 3 buddy reads. Fingers crossed!!

Hello everyone! I finished 2 books today, but I won't be able to get my reviews up until tomorrow. I can claim the remaining A and E, but if someone else gets their books up before mine, I can claim different letters :) No worries.
But if someone posts a P soon, we'll have the tagline completed 2 times!!
I need to finish my BIG book this weekend! It' just taking me so long to get through it, but my goal is by SUNDAY! I can do it... HA!
I've been really behind in my reading because of school, but I should have one posted tonight and a few more over the long weekend.
I have two reviews to write and post today! I'll take a look at the open letters
I'll have one for two Ps done by the end of this weekend
I also still have one review to write. Saige, I’ll do a some more in our buddy read this weekend and try to get that one done too!!
I really want to finish A Little Life this month, since it’s 1000 pages of buddy reads... it would be so many points, but I’m reading that one so slowly.

I have my book review ready to go anytime today! I see we're starting the tagline for the 3rd time! It looks like both the A's have already been claimed for the 3rd time, so the book I have read can claim: Y, W, N, R, E
Is there any preference from people? I'll try and avoid letters other people are planning on :) :) I'll wait to post it until later today/tonight once I hear what other people are thinking! :)
*I'm temped to say Y or W since we need 2 Y's and W might be a weird letter to get??

Oh no! We dropped to last! But not by much at all!! Should be able to catch back up after 1-2 books! I should have my big book done tomorrow! And I'm doing another buddy read now! I don't have much planned for the end of the month, so if anyone is thinking of starting something, let me know!Hopefully we can catch back up! :) :)

I can do Y! But I believe any book works for Y:* For this challenge, you may choose any letter from your book's title, series name, author name, and you can even use the word 'by', as in 'Legend (Legend #1) by Marie Lu', could be used for 'Y' (so basically any book can be used for 'Y')

I just finished A Curse so Dark and Lonely, and I noticed we need an A to get the extra 50 points for finishing HAPPY NEW YEAR (Awesome job by the way for completing that!!!)
I was going to use this book I just read to claim another Y since A is so common, but I didn't know if anyone else was reading a book that could claim that last A, or if I should do it with this book?
I'm good with either, and have my review done, so I can post it whenever someone lets me know what they think would be best! :) :)
