I'm looking for a book that I read in the late 90s, possibly in a Reader's Digest Condensed Books section, about a priest escorting a bride to her wedding in a remote village. They have to make their way through woods and get caught in a blizzard and have to huddle together for warmth. They might have eventually fallen in love: I forget.
