Ricardo Bueno | 2 comments a app called cabeceira,
(https://play.google.com/store/apps/de...)
is taking all goodreads data books and saving to be used with the app.
The owner of this app is a company called Tag (https://taglivros.com/) that use the app to gain customers for their paid monthly book club.

is this not ilegal?

Ravi (goodreadscomuncertainp) | 17 comments As GR made its APIs available for devs I don't see anything illegal here, unless mentioned explicitly in their terms.

message 3: by Kunal (new)

Kunal Singh | 1 comments They can't save the data. The API terms do mention that.

Ricardo Bueno | 2 comments So if I want to use GR data, to build my app, even a comercial app, no problem?

Is there not limits to request data by day/hour/minute?

That way is very easy to build a competitor to GR.
