Fixed the Series so it shows on Janet Evanovich's page.

Series that have multiple authors only show on the primary (first listed) author's page. It is a limitation of the system.

Did you add the books to both authors?

Done.

All of the books had both authors except for a couple editinos.

I added Lee Goldberg to the editions that did not have his name.

Also fixed the titles of some of the editions to fall in line with GR series naming policy.
