re 21, grabbed the cover from lulu.com. Now both editions are covered. And FYI, I had to tweak the description on the ebook edition. We don't allow reviews in book descriptions.

re 23, Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers because users like to shelve the one that matches their own. Instead, we create alternate-cover editions, and you as the author can set the new cover as the default edition. I have created an ACE for you here:
