I just discovered this short story from the book, Monster, She Wrote: The Women Who Pioneered Horror and Speculative Fiction by Lisa Kröger. It listed so many interesting stories and books.

Oh that's so disappointing! I've heard good things about it. I've only read one other SMG book, Gods of Jade and Shadow.

I loved this one!!!! I thought it truly read like a Gothic horror novel!

It was a sweet romance. It is part of a series, but you don't necessarily have to read them in order.
