In the ‘this book it’s not mine’ there’s an author whose book has gone to another account, but they both only have the first name and the only difference between them it’s that one is full caps and the other isn’t. Her other book went normally to her account and I tried to copy the name from that book to the other one but it’s still going to the wrong account. What do I do?

https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...The capitalization will not change if the name spacing is the same. For single name authors we use the example in the comment I linked above. They are welcome to disambiguate their name with an initial or other name in their profile.
Accents and capitalization are not enough to disambiguate authors with the same name. Even though a separate author profile might be created, it is not possible to move a book to the other profile. Only spaces (or space and period for a single name author) will result in truly disambiguated profiles.
