Hi all I found a page of a book and naturally read it. Any idea what book it’s from?

“Telekinesis would have tipped that pram over, spilling the baby onto the ground.
The pram settled back onto the ground. The woman pushing it stopped for a second, clearly bemused by what has just happened. She frowned, then started walking again.”
