Dangerous Games sounds really good. 3 book series though. I did see 3rd one comes out 2 weeks
I finished Rescuing the Bad Boy by Jessica Lemmon, Second Chances #2, and was all prepared to hate it after the prologue but, surprise! Here's my review.
I'm now reading the next book in the series, A Bad Boy for Christmas.

It is coming out soon thank gawd! The first book was good...it was short and to the point.

"How are you liking it Kris. I thought
was really good.
I'm only a few chapters in but already the case sounds good and the characterizations are stronger in this one.
I finished listening to Only Mine (Book 4 Fools Gold) by Susan Mallery. It was a decent story, although much of the conflict in the book seemed too manufactured and I wasn't able to fully connect to certain characters because of it. The narration was good though, and I will probably listen to other books in the series.I also finished reading A Summer to Remember (Book #.6 Bedwyn Saga (prequels)) by Mary Balogh. I enjoyed this one and loved the introduction to the Bedwyn clan. I look forward to their stories.
I am currently listening to Pray for Silence (Book 2 Kate Burkholder) by Linda Castillo. Castillo does not hold back on the details, this story opens up with graphic gore and unspeakable evil. Luckily, enough of you enjoy this type of story that I don't feel like too much of a weirdo that this doesn't bother me. ;)I am also reading Sweetest Scoundrel (Book 9 Maiden Lane) by Elizabeth Hoyt. I've been waiting for Asa Makepeace's story and I am not disappointed. So far so good.

Forgot to warn you that the Kate Burkholder series is not for the faint of heart:)

Looking forward to your feedback re the Balogh stories. Don't know when I'll get to them.

Here's my review of Scandalous Desires by Elizabeth Hoyt, Maiden Lane #3. I finished listening to this a few days ago and loved it.

I read the first one about 6 months ago giving it 4 stars. I meant to read more but other books kept jumping in front of the line. How rude!

I finished listening to Defending Hearts by Shannon Stacey, Boys of Fall #3. It was just okay but I don't know if it was because of the narrator (felt like she was just reading) or the story. Review to come.
I'm now listening to The Silkworm by Robert Galbraith, Cormoran Strike #2.

I'm reading
, and liking it. I just don't want the book to end with no other Brit in the FBI book waiting :(
Jonetta wrote: "Hard to have to wait sometimes:)"It had me on the edge of my seat for quite some time. I really liked the story and the key characters. Some unusual villains, too.
I finished Cynthia Eden's Beware of Me which is the 4th book in the Dark Obsessions series. I just found out that this series is also connected to her Mine series. I am caught up on both.I am now reading The Case of William Smith...so far really enjoying it!
I finished the first book in a sports romance series, my first book by Tracy Solheim:
.It was just a 3 star read for me, but I'm going to read the second book in this series before I decide whether I'll keep reading the series.
Laura wrote: "Crossed another off of On Dublin Street
. I'm pretty obsessed with this series right now."I love when you get into a series like that!
I finished Deadly Messengers by Susan May and liked it quite a bit. The author is exceptionally skilled in writing the tense scenes. Here's my review.
I also finished When the Tiger Kills by Vanessa Prelatte, Cimarron and Melbourne #1. It was unexpectedly very good with well written procedurals (ignore the cover and strange title). Here's my review.
I'm now reading Anything for You by Kristan Higgins, Blue Heron #5.
