I’m looking for a book I read several years ago. I can’t remember if it’s a Christmas story or not, but I do believe it is. The hero lives on the same floor as the woman and her young daughter. He’s coming home when he sees the little girl in the hallway crying. He stops to help her and finds out that the mother is sick. He helps them and they find out the mother has Celiac disease...
