If you could tack anywhere where would you go?

For me, the answer to this question changes on a regular basis (I'm a travel junkie so I want to go to all the places and see all the things).
However, I am feeling particularly drawn to Iceland lately. I crave northern lights and hot springs and puffins (oh, the puffins!).

If I could tack:
On every daily lunch,
On every break from work,
To the Galapagos Islands I would tack.
Out from the water with iguana in tow,
Relaxing on vistas away from my phone,
I'd make a tortoise lunch friend and name him Gerome.
When back to work I tack again,
Everyone would ask why I was late, where had I been?
Traffic.
