Stephen Cataldo | 2 comments If you are a progressive who has struggled to be heard, Cognitive Politics: A Communications Workbook for Progressives explores a wide variety of techniques. We'll integrate ideas you don't usually see in one place, from George Lakoff's linguistic framing and Jonathan Haidt's moral foundations, to heart opening approaches coming from therapists and communication approaches taught in business schools.

I would love for some reviewers to read, and perhaps experiment with, the ideas here.

This book is written for progressives, and takes too many assumptions to be appreciated otherwise. I dream of writing matched books for moderates and (with a co-author) for conservatives, helping us all start to understand why people with other views aren't hearing us, and helping explore ways to be heard.

I'm happy to send out PDFs or mobi's, and perhaps a few free hardcopies. Contact me at stephen@cognitivepolitics.org

Thank you!!
