Children's book from 80's possibly with Moon in the Title

My friend is trying to remember the title of a book her mother read to her as a child. She thought the title was Moonwalker. All she remembers is that there is a baby in the book and on one page the baby ate too much and threw up all over. The page has a close up drawing of the baby’s food covered face. It was a children’s book...age 3-6?maybe? Just 10 pages or so...not a chapter book. I know it’s a long shot. Thank you!
