Creating Chaos: Wrong page count

Hello, this book is listed as having 400 pages, which is incorrect. It actually has 334 pages of content, not counting bibliography and index.

The bibliography and index can be included if the book includes them in its page count. Does the book number those pages and if so, what is the number of pages with those sections?

I noticed that the current page count in GR for this ISBN shows as 272 whereas the page count on WorldCat shows as 393.
