Papaphilly Please do not try and ruin this wonderful story. There is no reason to show cynicism on a kids tale. This is no more gauche than A Christmas Carol, another wonderful Christmas tale.

My father loved Christmas, but he had problems.

Both men were nonsense writers, but Dr. Seuss was the most loving of the two.
