SOLVED. Paranormal book from around 1998 (has map illustration, pretty sure it mentions Lake Erie). [s]

Hey folks, does anyone remember this one book, it was a paperback, and somewhere in it was a map that mentioned some paranormal locations, I think one of them was a lake. The map looked something like this:

And I think Eerie, Indiana might've been somewhere in there as well.

I had this book in 1998; just remembered it recently. And it's driving me insane. Anyone else remember this book?

I'm sorry, it doesn't ring a bell for me, but I did enjoy watching Eerie Indiana as a kid! Hopefully someone else might know something.
