But right now, it's as simple as it looks; Muse B adopts Muse A and it's just about building their relationship/bond/trust. Maybe one of them or both has a secret, and maybe Muse A has some type of medical condition that makes them less likely to be adopted because everyone wants a "perfect" child.

Personality in a Nutshell-
(Vee is devious, dangerous. She looks quiet, like easy pickings. But in reality, she’s no victim. If she feels threatened by something, that threat is quickly dealt with in a brutal fashion. She walks around just daring someone to come at her, to try to take a piece of her. Verbal and physical sparring is sport for her, when it’s not malicious. Things swiftly become business when fighting becomes malicious.
She’s aggressive, bratty, dominant, hot, and cold all at once. When she’s truly upset about something, though, she’s like ice. No sign of life in her eyes, in the robotic motion of her limbs.
She’s extremely sarcastic, as well, and doesn’t take crap from anyone. She’s an intriguing mix of calmly rational and outright insane. The two sides of her personality clash in incredible ways, causing her to be unpredictable and reckless. A good amount of her actions and reactions are calculated, used to build the person she wants everyone to see.)

History in a Nutshell (When she was four, an enticing stranger got her to follow him down the street away from her home while her parents were asleep. He gently got her to get into his car, and go with him on a little ride.
Once they were a good distance from any people, the screaming started.
He didn’t finish with her until she was broken and bloody on the concrete outside the car. Then he crouched down beside her, and whispered in her ear. “Shh, shh. Baby, I’m sorry. You know I had to do it. You have to be strong, have to be used to the pain. Now no one can ever hurt you again, not really. You’re free.”
And then he drove off, not explaining how he knew her, how he had found her. Leaving her whimpering form bleeding on the street. No one found her for three days. By then, she was insane with hunger, her little mind broken as surely as her body was. She pounced, digging her tiny fangs into the paramedic’s neck, and absorbing his life force, his very soul, through his blood.

I'm fine with any genre, but my character is very clearly not human. xD Good grammar is important to me, and I'd very much like it if 'text talk' wasn't used. Probably semi-advanced, but I also enjoy more complex role plays. Trying for at least a couple of paragraphs per post.
Possibly a bit of mild romance? She would only be into someone who would challenge her, which is something to keep in mind. She also uses several unhealthy coping mechanisms, such as cutting and self-starving, so that would be something to keep in mind as well if you'd like to do this.

History-
History in a Nutshell (X was born in a lab. X was actually her name, because her worth to the scientists who trained her was unknown until she was four. Among her group, she was known as Xia, because she didn’t want to be known by the name the scientists gave her, and they wanted to be able to call her X for short, because it was so firmly ingrained in them.
The scientists tortured the children, trying to figure out what exactly was different about them. Their parents were supernaturals, you see, and the scientists were trying to figure out how to breed them. At the age of four, she first shifted her appearance. She just wanted to be smaller, so she could escape the knives, and the fists, and the needles full of dizzying drugs that made her sick. All of a sudden she was.
She escaped her prison at the age of ten, when the scientists accidentally killed her only sibling, Yvonne, her half-sister. She hid for several years, in a coma-like state, healing from her wounds. She didn’t die because her body kept shifting, her subconscious switching between skins every time one got weak or sick. Her wounds stayed with her, though.)

(She’s very stubborn. And kind of an asshole. She does have her sweet moments, though. But that's only because she enjoys fighting, as long as it's playful. Verbal sparring is one of her favorite forms.
She’s extremely social, but can’t handle being around more than two to three people at once. It sends her into panic mode when she can’t keep track of everyone and everything around her. After that, only Ky and Rik can calm her down. She has severe panic disorder. Some of her episodes can be quite frightening.
She’s also a manipulative little creature. She can deliver an argument with cool accuracy that will twist you up in so many ways it’ll make your head spin. She often is thinking several steps ahead of whoever she’s interacting with, and is very intelligent. She’s the kind of person who uses the word ‘neanderthal’ in casual conversation.)

History and Family:
History-
History in a Nutshell (When she was young, only about twenty years old, she was captured by humans. The humans initially wanted to simply study her. But the good ones [If they could be called that], weren’t able to keep their sadistic leader from her. He enjoyed carving all of the things she was into her skin so she would never forget. He particularly liked cutting the areas under her eyes so that if she cried, the tears would drip into the wound. He regularly opened old wounds, building up layers of scar tissue until the knife could barely go through her skin.
Then he moved onto other ways of hurting her.
She was rescued by her shadows. That was when she learned that she could shadowspeak. When she had fully recovered and had built up her strength with the help of Rikki and Kyra, she returned to the place where they had taken her, and she killed them all. One by one. She particularly enjoyed doing the same things to their leader as he had done to her. None of them deserved to live.
After that, she returned to her homeland, only to find that it was no longer there. She had been in that hellhole for almost an entire human life. And she hadn’t even noticed, because humans die so fast anyways. In the time while she was away, an enemy had come in and destroyed the village she called home. She walked into the ruins of her house, only to find the bones of her father, and her brother. Her mother’s skeleton was nowhere to be found. Which meant that she had been taken back with the soldiers. Along with the little neighbor girl.
Paralyzed by grief, she sat there until her shadows brought her out of it a couple of days later.)

-inheritance games series (first two books since the final one isn't out yet)
