The kingdom of Karnmane has always had deep divisions within it. Citizens of lower class are generally seen as unimportant pawns in the eyes of the upper class. Magic is seen as a threat and those who posess it or are of some pure bloodline of magical beings are forced to wear insignias on their clothing marking their status. Since the kingdom is still very stuck in it's old ways, those of mixed bloodlines are often hunted down and killed or imprisoned by the kingdom's dedicated soldiers. With this in mind it's no surprise that tensions generally run high. However, every two years these divisions are cast aside for one week. No insignias, no labels, no high tensions, just a week of dancing and socializing under carefully crafted aliases at the Silver Solstice Masquerade Ball. Anyone can attend the grand event, and many lower class individuals spend most of their earnings on fancy clothing for it.
Girl A is a simple villiage girl, at least that's the story she was trained to stick to if the situation demanded it. In reality she is a skilled assassin, hired to infiltrate the event and hunt down Guy A, the crown prince of the kingdom. She had thought that it was going to be easy money, but with everyone free to hide behind a mask it might just end up being more than what she bargained for.
Girl B is a half celestial who has been in hiding most of her life. Although it terrifies her, she is eager to mingle amongst other citizens for a while without having to fear for her life. While there she meets Guy B, who unbenounced to her is a young soldier, and instantly feels a connection.
So, anyone? I'm looking for someone who would like to play Girl A and Guy B and who is willing to write more than one sentence per reply.
This is your basic student x teacher/ student x professor plot. The character is not getting extra help for class or anything, but volunteering to help out with a special project or something when they begin to speak about personal things. Over time, The teacher learns that the student is treated very poorly by her boyfriend and tries to let the girl know she deserves more, but the gentle touches on the back or reassuring hugs quickly turn to something more
I would like to play the student in this RP. Both of these plots are made to be FxF, but I can change them if need be.
Muse A & B grew up as close as sisters- maybe closer even- they met in kindergarten and were inseparable ever since. They lived in different parts of town; Muse A in a nicer area and Muse B in the run down part of town. Throughout the various challenges growing up, the two were always there for each other no matter what, lifting the other up and helping them out.
Their senior year, Muse B has a traumatic event either in her family life or in her social life, and she comes once again to her friend for comfort. But this time, things go further than they ever have, sleeping together for the first time in their friendship. Will their friendship go back to how it was or will they try and make things work as more than just friends?
In this RP I would like to play Muse B.
I am searching for a detailed, dedicated partner for one of the following RP ideas. If you can give me detail, dedication, and proper grammar, then I can give you that in return. The Day the Mermaid Returned
A teenage girl went disappearing one night, and she hasn't been seen for years. For the first couple of years, her father never gave up on what might have happened, but each year on her birthday, he seems to give up a little more each time.
Then one morning, everything changes. His daughter has returned.
Plot A: The father is outside (they live right on the beach by the ocean) and finds his daughter washed up on the shore during sunset/sunrise.
Plot B: Someone else finds her in the night, maybe caught in a net, and the father is notified by local law enforcement.
I would like to be the mermaid girl/daughter.
Dogs of Winter
I just finished reading The Dogs of Winter and I was wondering if anyone wanted to RP something like that with me. Basically it's about a young child who has been living on the streets with a pack of dogs to survive, but eventually he is caught and taken in to rehabilitate. Then later he is found a home.
I would like to be the child with his pack of dogs.
There may be some violence, but no swearing.
Not All Hope is Lost
Muse A has been abused for many years of their life, practically all of it. They have been living down in their family's basement and haven't seen daylight for what seems like forever. They don't know what kindness is and they are extremely fearful. One day, the house is searched after neighbors reported them for child abuse and they find them down below, hiding behind some old furniture and trying to be invisible. They take them to a hospital where they meet one of the nurses/psychologists, Muse B, who is taking care of them, and slowly they open up and learn how to live.
I would like to be Muse A.
You Mean Something to Me
Muse A is a slave/servant, and she feels worthless. After all, it's hard not to when people curse and shout at you and hurt you and beat you. It's all you can do to hang on when that tiny thread seems like it will snap from your lifeline. But then Muse B comes along and offers her a new life with her purchase.
Plot A: Muse A is a scared, submissive person and Muse B is the first who shows kindness to her. Eventually, they develop feelings for each other and perhaps may even fall in love.
Plot B: Muse A is angry and resentful, and she tries to do everything she can to Muse B to show him how much she hates being treated as a slave/servant. Muse B doesn't give up, however, and he shows her that not everyone in the huge world is quite so bad. Eventually, they develop feelings for each other and perhaps may even fall in love.
I will be Muse A.
A little bit of background: Ever since their young princess was stolen by a cunning witch nearly two decades ago, the kingdom of Vrocia has had little tolerance for those of such bloodlines. Shortly after her disappearance the king launched a search/witch hunt in attempt to find his daughter. The girl was never found but along the way other children were 'rescued' from the hands of various witches. Although the children were taken back into the kingdom, not all were truly welcomed back. Many think that the older children should have been killed alongside the witches they were found with, after all, how can a person raised by someone so vile be trusted? Now, years after the initial search, that mentality has only grown stronger and few remain alive as many have been wrongfully killed out of deep rooted fear. Those that remain are referred to as 'Pilfers', they are required to disclose to others that status or risk punishment and as a result find it almost impossible to find jobs or maintain a peaceful life. Unsurprisingly tensions are high between Pilfers and the rest of the kingdom, there has even been talk of a rebellion wishing to overthrow the crown growing. Plot: Muse A is a loyal and trusted knight. Like most in the kingdom he was raised to believe that Pilfers, like the witches they were raised by, can not be trusted and feels the need to keep the rest of the kingdom safe from them.
Muse B is a Pilfer who lives on her own in a remote part of the woods. She has no use for anything to do with the kingdom and avoids it at all costs. She has been pretty successful in doing so too, until her path crosses with Muse A.
While Muse A was out undercover checking on a tip on the wearabouts of the rumored growing rebellion, something went very wrong and he ended up significantly injured and disoriented. Muse B discovers Muse A unconcious and, not knowing that he is a knight at first, decides that she must help him. By the time she figures it out, she is already involved and can't really do anything to change it.
When muse B awakes he is fairly quick to pinpoint what she is and wants to leave immediately, but his injuries wont allow it. Stuck there until he heals the two slowly learn to dislike eachother a little less and come to an agreement that, once this arrangement is over, he and all others under his command within the kingdom will stay clear of her little cottage in return for her having saved his life.
Unfortunately this arrangement never has chance to be implemented as a small search party of a few other knights stumble upon the wearabouts of the cottage, and are set on killing Muse A. Afterall, she does seem suspicious, and at first they believe she could have something to do with Muse B's disappearance. Luckily Muse B hears the struggle from within the cottage and bursts out to stop them. Knowing that they won't leave her be unless they have good reason and feeling that he owes her as much, he says the only thing that he knows for certain will be effective in convincing them to spare her life- that he has grounds to believe that she is their lost princess. With his lie Muse A is dragged into the center of the kingdom that she has so long avoided and Muse B is praised for returning the one missing piece of the kingdom. But what will happen if his lie is found out? Or perhaps there is a glimmer of truth behind his lie that he didn't realize.
So, anyone? I'm looking for someone who wouldn't mind taking on the part of Muse B and who is fairly active. I do ask that you are willing to write more than just a couple sentences per reply and that you do not abandon without a heads up (if the plot isn't working for you that's fine, just let me know!). I do have a vague idea on how to make this a doubles plot if so desired. If interested feel free to reply to this post or shoot me a message!

I Gave Him A Physical Form
Muse A is plagued by dreams that has one constant. A mysterious male in the background and just before Muse A wakes, the male only repeats the same line. "You leave but I'm still here, Im always here." Each dream his tone changes, from pleasent, to sad, to ominous, to angry.
Muse A paints/sketches/sculpts this mysterious male.
Now he is no longer in Muse A's dreams. Months go by and Muse A is suddenly seeing him in the real world. Are they losing their mind? Is this person malevolent or benevolent? Is he just a passerby their subconscious locked onto? It could be a 'You' situation and her subconscious is trying to warn her about a stalker she wasn't aware she had.
This can be either mxm or mxf

I'm looking for someone who is interested in a long term RP. I want this one dedicated to long posts if possible (detailed and interesting over quantity), character development, and lots of plot twists. A MxF romance is fine with me if there isn't any sex/smut, but it doesn't need to be included or the main part of the story.I need someone with proper grammar and with plenty of ideas/suggestions to add along to the main storyline while we go. Also, I'd prefer that you were detailed and active every couple of days so that the RP doesn't die after a few days.

I'm going to try to combine two of my old ideas and see if anyone would like to try it with me. :) Character A is a normal person in reality until they came across a strange and barely heard of game called 'The Living Storm', where the main character is a Lightning Elemental now who is a part of a mythical group of Elemental Knights in a medieval world of magic called Valoria. (If you want more details on the Lightning Elemental feel free to ask. :) And I'm kinda working on a version of the Elemental's backstory in a story of mine if you want to read it. :) ) When Character A went to play it after getting it, they somehow appeared in the game as the Lightning Elemental, which adopts their name when they do so. (I'll try to control the world of Valoria, unless if you want to help me out with some characters. :) And feel free to ask questions about this idea if you want to possibly try it out. :) )

So I was re-reading some roleplays from a while back and decided to recycle some of the ideas, while also putting out some new ideas. Some are originally single F×F, but I'm fine with changing them to M×F, M×M or doubles.
The first idea was based off on a short story called "The Raven Girls" from Grim, and is a mix between the Twelve Dancing Princesses and Fae folklore or something, I'm not sure. But it is a modern story in which a group of University students go to this club in the supernatural realm and are allowed to have fun or something- as long as they don't stay passed curfew or bring an item from another realm.
The second idea is based off on a post I saw online about an immortal and a time traveler. It was not very detailed, but it had something to do with them being enemies(at first), but as time went on, the immortal was the only person the time traveler could count on to keep them updated with what was going in between their traveling.
The third rp is based off on an old rp- about a Bisexual Queen/Wealthy woman who had an affair with their maid or something. I don't really remember what went on there but I remember thinking it was a pretty cool idea for a younger me lol.
The fourth idea is based off on The Darkest Part of the Forest by Holly Black- a tale about twin siblings that idolized an elf prince that was stuck in some magical coma, until one day the prince is mysteriously released. It has more plot than that (obviously) but because it is a book I haven't read in a while, I would really enjoy if we made our own version of it :)

Muse A is no stranger to trouble. He always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time - which is exactly how he ended up with a large debt to the town's most ruthless and feared man hanging over him. Since then he's been living fairly off the grid- In the forest about three day's ride from the town he left, just generally trying to avoid his debt and any more trouble. So far he has been pretty successful in doing so . . . but now it seems trouble is hunting him down.
While out wandering around he stumbles into a frightened girl- muse B- who is out of place and clearly actively on the run from someone.
Muse A instantly recognizes Muse B as one thing- certain trouble. After initially aiding her in evaiding her pursuers- a split second decision that he hadn't had time to think about- he is dead set on sending her off on her way and washing his hands of her. He doesn't listen much to her problem of being unfamiliar with the area and needing to find a certain individual as he already rocognizes it as a recipe for disaster. Eventually, despite his better judgment- and mostly to get her out of his hair swiftly, he agrees to guide her as far as the town gates where they will part ways.
It was meant to be a simple and easy trip, but Muse A quickly finds himself caught in the middle of an intense chase that veers them far from their intended destination. It seems Muse B failed to mention a few pretty Major details- one such detail being that she has a large reward for her return over her head- placed there by a very rich and important man in the neighboring kingdom. Now muse A is unwillingly caught in the middle and he has a decision to make- continue on and help muse B get to where she needs to be and then return to his quiet life of solitude, or perhaps (unbeknownst to muse B of course) decide to take advantage of the reward over her head and pay off his own debt.
So, anyone? I'm looking for someone who would like to take on the role of muse A and who is willing to write more than just a couple sentences per post. Feel free to message me or reply to this post if interested.
