Muse A thinks they have a stalker. Ever since they partied in an abandoned building with friends, they keep catching a glimpse of someone/something in their peripheral vision. Unbeknownst to them, they brought an entity home with them. Muse B is (Malevolent?) demon or lost soul that has found an escape from their prison by latching onto the soul of Muse A which allows them (if ghost) occasional solidarity. Will Muse A be able to escape this and live a normal life or will they fall for a paranormal being?

I can do basically any genre, I do prefer for most of my RP's to have fantasy though.
Okay. Normally I do fantasy as well, though not really with magic. I am still thinking. I hate this, always wanting to do one but never really having any ideas.The last thing I want to do is make one sound too much like another rp I'm doing so those people aren't interested anymore or something.
Same, I've wanted to get into a really good RP but it's so hard to find a good partner and someone who's willing to stick to the end of it. Not to mention, getting an actual good story.
Yes! I feel like people tell me they want to do it but then they just stop. I mean, maybe it's because they're busy, but it kinda disappoints me. Yah know? And then they either never respond again or they take months.
Yea, I mean at least give me a paragraph or two a day. It only takes about 5-10 minutes at tops. I get that they're busy and I respect that, but still.
I know...*sighs* I mean, I do get the fact that people have life. I think I've got some sort of idea but I'm not sure if it's much of anything at all yet. And it needs to be strong enough so it won't dwindle away.
Maybe we could get a thread and start discussing ideas?

Guns and Badges

Guy A was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. That's all his peers ever saw, envied him the mansion he lived in, the countless sports cars, the money that never ran out.
But they didn't know what went down behind the golden walls.
His father was the newest head of one the richest and cruelest criminal families, the Crows, in the country. Anyone in their way was murdered, bodies dumped where they would never be discovered.
Guy A was groomed to be the next head. He was forced to sell drugs and guns, watch as his father murdered competitors and Innocents alike. And he's only nineteen.
Guy B was born into poverty, in the slums of the city. He's had to fight tooth and nail to be where he is now, a captain of the police.
He believed the police were incorruptible, the shining bastions existing solely to protect the people. All that comes crashing down when he learns that the chief, a man he revered like a savior, might be working with the Crows.
Not knowing who to trust, he takes it upon himself to learn the truth and expose the family and their lackeys alike.
The two meet in a chance encounter. Guy B is about to write Guy A up for underage drinking when they meet in a bar, but both have had one too many drinks, and rather than the police station, their encounter ends in a bed.
Guy A doesn't remember much of the previous night, certainly not that the man he'd hooked up with is a cop, but he discovers his badge in the morning after and flees. He hopes that's the end of it, that they'll never meet again. But his father has ears everywhere, and forces the boy to spy on the police captain who's already gotten closer than he knows to unraveling their entire criminal career.
Guy B finds out soon after their encounter just who, exactly, he'd slept with, and he takes it upon himself to woo the boy and use him to expose the family he's been after for so long.
What neither of them anticipates are the feelings for each other that they slowly develop.
There are only so many ways this can end.
Will they both fall, or renounce what they'd known all their lives just to be together? What if only one of them is left standing?

- I want to first see an example of your writing. It doesn't have to be about the story we'll be writing. This is so I can see if I like your style of writing, so that I can actually enjoy myself while roleplaying. I'd be happy to do the same for you.

It started with the birds.
[Muse A], who was having lunch with his family, had been watching them for a while. No one else paid them any mind, but... They were going insane. Flying up and down, left and right, there were so many that they nearly blocked out the Sun.
And that's when the screeching started.
The birds were so loud that even his family noticed. No one could talk over their desperate screams.
And then they parted like a curtain for an army helicopter, a gleaming behemoth of black and brown. But they weren't fast enough.
Human screams joined those of the birds', as the large propellers sliced through muscle and sinew and bone. Feathers scattered and blood rained down on those below.
The helicopter dipped and spun out of control. And then it was falling, falling just a few short yards away from them.
[Muse A] had just enough sense to dive under the table and shield his dog with his own body.
Everything went black.
He awoke to [Muse B], a soldier, pulling him out from underneath the debris. His dog was alive and well, but - everyone else was dead.
[Muse B] was crying. He said he was the only one to survive the crash. His friends were all dead.
But they didn't stay dead for long.
While the two tried to get their bearings amidst the rubble caused by the explosion, a man staggered out of the downed helicopter. He wasn't right. His skin was gray, waxy, his eyes red. And he was missing half his face and an arm.
One by one, the people around them started to rise, their broken, torn bodies trying to claw their way towards them.
[Muse A] and [Muse B] ran.

I have finally gotten life dealt with, I would like to start one or two more roleplays. I have a rather specific request that I would like to do and dabble in. It will be an MxM roleplay.

Hello. My name is Nohr and I am an advanced female roleplayer. Before I get into what I offer as a roleplay partner vs. what I expect, I need to let anyone interested know that I will ONLY roleplay with others who are 18+. This isn't to suggest that anything overly scandalous will happen - it is simply outside of my comfort zone to do so. However, since there is no way to verify your actual age, I cannot really enforce this. All I ask is that you be honest about whether or not you are 18+. If you are not, do not read past this point as there are no exceptions to this rule. I also want to make it known that I only play straight or bisexual male characters as I (strangely enough) feel more comfortable playing them. If you are uncomfortable with a female roleplaying a male character, do not read past this point. The age of my character may fluctuate but they may not be younger than 18 or older than 35 appearance-wise. WHAT I OFFER AS A PARTNER:
○ A dynamic/multi-faceted original character. Each one of my original characters varies in personality, age, maturity level, backstory and appearance as well as mannerisms.
○ A long-lasting roleplay with different pathways and arcs, along with applicable side-characters that have some weight to them as opposed to just being a plot device.
○ Strong, slow-burn romance or heart-stopping horror. I adore any type of plot as long as it contains some element of romance. What can I say? I'm a sucker for (fictional, dramatized) love.
○ Multi-paragraph to novella-length responses for each post. (DISCLAIMER: Due to the time required to reach my desired quality/quantity of replies, it may take me at least one-and-a-half weeks to post but no more than two weeks unless notified in advance of hiatus. I also do not expect my partner to have perfect grammar as I miss things during proofreading constantly, so the occasional typo or weird sentence structure is fine. If your reply is a mess of grammatical errors or you reply with a single paragraph to my eight paragraphs, I will end the roleplay. I reserve the right to do so.)
WHAT I EXPECT FROM A PARTNER:
○ A partner who is 18+. I repeat this here because it is one of the most important rules for me. Please remember this.
○ A partner who will create a character who is flawed or unusual but ultimately likable as I cannot force my characters to fall for dull Mary-Sues with no independent/distinctive qualities. Give them a hobby, give them several. Make them blind. Give them a weird job. Anything, really, as long as they are believable and can effectively hold the attention.
○ A partner who will not godmod. This is self-explanatory.
○ A partner who is willing to throw some plot ideas out there for me and work with me in general. I am bound to lose muse if I am left to do it all alone. Please, this is a hobby, don't make it feel like a chore.
○ A partner who will be patient and wait for responses. The more patient you are the more I can guarantee a quality post. Keep in mind that I work a full-time job on random hours during the week. My only off-days are Saturday and Sunday. Remember this, please! It explains gaps in activity.
With the basic expectations taken care of, below is a plot I have been craving recently. Please note that though this plot is inspired by many different works of fiction, it is something I came up with myself. Feel free to use it for yourself with or without proper credit.
『♚ 𝕯𝖊𝖚𝖘 𝕰𝖓𝖎𝖒 𝕳𝖔𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖎𝖘;, Death as a Man』 -- When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come and see!” I looked and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine, and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth!
The Christian texts always warned of the Four Horsemen and their arrival. The first broken seal revealed Conquest on his white steed and golden crown, but they never mentioned that even the sight of this tainted nephilim could drive any mortal to madness. The second broken seal revealed War in all of his blood-stained glory, a silver blade clenched in his right fist. The third was Famine on his black steed, skin just barely clinging to exposed ribs, a shallow husk of someone who once used to be but a man. But all of them paled compared to the one they called Death (my male character).
They never alluded to him being a vampyre, nor did they remark on anything more than the sheer strength of his power, but on that fateful Day of Reckoning in the year of Our Lord 2019 him and his brothers made their presence known.
Since August, humanity has been embroiled in a losing battle with the forces of the Undead Plague as well as their own inner turmoil. In all of this Chaos, however, there is a ray of light.
The Defiance Underground is a coalition of human hunters of the Undead, all focused on putting a dent in Deaths' forces and putting an end to the man himself. Your female character is one of the most skilled vampyre hunters in commission, so skilled, in fact; that Death may have even heard about her once or twice. And she is closer on his tail than he initially realizes.
With a group of other top hunters in the D.O., she hatches a plant to get rid of Death once and for all. Unfortunately, it seems, her plan isn't as foolproof as she thought and she is soon captured. But it seems both fate and the vampyre has a cruel sense of humor; marrying someone as popular amongst the humans as her would be the perfect display of dominance, and would prove to be a great humiliation to his opponents.

Not a Disease
Muse A and Muse B have known each other forever. They grew up in a small town, that is very tight knit and religious. Everyone shows up for Sunday mass and everyone knows everyone. Muse A and Muse B started dating though, when they were fourteen and they managed to keep it hidden for two years before Muse A's parents found out about it. They sent him away, horrified and disgusted that their son had fallen under Satan's spell. That he caught the gay so to speak.
They sent him to a place in Fair Haven that has been known to successfully "cure" people from the sin of homosexuality. It was hell for Muse A, the first four months were the worst he ever could have imagined, but then something happened and everything they were saying some how started making sense. And he started really getting into the program, until he was eventually sent back home "cured". He plans to stay that way too, he didn't want to disappoint his parents again. He couldn't stand the look they had on their faces when they found out. But what happens when a few accidental run ins with Muse B starts to make old feelings resurface. Will he fall back into what started all of this and accept himself or will he just continue to deny it to make his parents happy?
*This will have a lot of drama, but also a lot of fluff.

Guy A is an FBI agent. He has been in the profession for about two years now. Those two years have been full of cases, each more complicated than the last, and lots of moving. Since he never really stays in one place long, he doesn't really bother to make new connections, nor does he have the desire to. It would just be another liability in his line of work. Guy A has just been assigned a new case: an investigation of the homicides strung across the city. It seems like it should be a simple enough assignment...that is until he runs into someone from his past, Girl A. The two used to be in a serious relationship, but three years ago girl A dissapeared without a trace, leaving most to believe that she had somehow fallen victim to foul play and met her untimely end. Now the two not only share an apartment building, but live on the same floor- Guy A in a small apartment located conveniently by the stairs, and Girl A only slightly down the hall, in an apartment that she shares with her current boyfriend.Investigating the murders alone would be challenging enough, but now Guy A is also faced with elements of his past that only work to complicate things....and as his investigation goes on, he may just come to realize that girl A is closer to the current case than he'd like.
So, anyone? I'd prefer to play Girl A in this one as I do have some ideas to include. (Further/more specific plot may be discussed later) All I really ask is that you are willing to write more than one coherent sentence.
