Nowhere MotelWhile driving along on a quiet detour road, Muse A’s car starts spewing smoke from beneath the hood. Thankfully, it’s still midday and when Muse A pokes their head out through the lowered window they’re able to make it to the closest motel before the car breaks down. Muse A has to use the phone in the motel’s main office to call a tow truck because their cell phone isn’t getting signal way out here. While speaking with the tow company, Muse A realizes that the motel owner seems a little off. He’s creepily quiet and eyeing them a little too hard for their taste. Finding out that the tow truck won’t come until the next morning, Muse A decides to check into the motel. What else can they do?
As Muse A heads outside to get their bag from the trunk, Muse B follows and offers help. Muse B is related to the motel owner and works there in several capacities; housekeeping and grounds-keeping mainly. Muse A permits Muse B to carry their bag to the room, but is startled when Muse B blocks them from going inside once they get there. Muse B warns Muse A not to stick around at the motel once the sun goes down but doesn’t say why before rushing off. Muse A gets a weird vibe which only grows weirder as Muse A goes in search of the vending machines for a snack and encounters another guest at the motel. The guest has the same zoned out, pale look that the motel owner had and two odd-looking marks on their neck that peek out from the collar of their shirt. Muse A doesn’t encounter too many other guests on the way back to their room, though the parking lot is occupied by a few other cars. Muse A does their best to shirk off Muse B’s warning, but makes sure to bolt the door as the sun disappears from view.
Unable to sleep, Muse A begins to hear strange noises in the room connected to theirs. At first it sounds like there’s a struggle between two people, then it’s suddenly quiet and there’s a knock at their door. Muse A pretends to be asleep, ignoring the knock, but to their horror someone starts working the lock and somehow pushes the bolt out of place from the other side of the door. The last thing Muse A remembers before waking up the next morning is the face of Muse C, the tall mysterious figure with long, sharp teeth who broke into their room..and the dark, fresh blood that was dripping down from Muse C’s mouth.
Muse A finds tender, red marks on their neck like they saw on the other motel guest but they can’t put two and two together. They’ve forgotten about the tow truck that was supposed to come for them and for some reason they want to stay another night at the motel. Muse C must’ve been some crazy, vivid dream and maybe the marks are mosquito bites, Muse A reasons. What Muse A doesn’t know is that the motel is inhabited by vampires who feed off the guests by night and compel them to forget. Having seen many guests come to the motel and never leave, Muse B is tired of letting innocent people be harmed, including their relative who owns the motel.
Will Muse B save Muse A from a horrible fate at the hands of Muse C and their kind?
Beyond the Kingdom
Muse A is a princess/prince living in a peaceful kingdom, with no knowledge of the whole other realm that exists beyond its borders. While wandering in the forest near dusk, much to their escort’s dismay, the kingdom comes under attack by creatures/beings thought only to exist in fairytales and ancient legends. When a rider comes to warn Muse A that the castle has been taken, they are beseeched to flee to safety. Fearing for their parents’ lives, Muse A refuses to run away and makes haste back to the castle. Before they can reunite with their royal parents, Muse A is captured by the enemy. Muse B is Muse A’s captor, who is under orders from their king/queen to kidnap the prince/princess for the purposes of ransom. Muse A is taken to the other realm, where no person in the kingdom has ever gone. Muse A is locked up in a cell with Muse B as their guard.
Despite the circumstances, Muse B treats Muse A with compassion, providing companionship, kind words and extra sustenance. After a few days of captivity, Muse A and Muse B are managing to get along; Muse A is terribly homesick and worried about the state of their kingdom. In an act of selflessness, Muse B helps Muse A escape. Muse B promises to keep Muse A safe from harm, as long as Muse A does not run away from them. Muse A agrees and Muse B keeps their promise. One night, while they’re asleep in the forest, soldiers from Muse A’s fallen kingdom attack. They rescue Muse A and take Muse B as prisoner. Upon returning to the castle, Muse B is imprisoned. Feeling for their captor/turned savior, Muse A shows Muse B the same compassion and care that Muse B showed them while they were imprisoned.
With the threat of backlash from the other realm looming, will Muse A and Muse B’s budding friendship survive? Will Muse A appeal to the king and queen to spare Muse B’s life and to end the impending war between realms?

Muse A is an artist who is struggling to find inspiration. Muse B is also an artist, but one who prefers to keep their talent hidden. While exploring town/the city/(insert ideal location) one afternoon, Muse A stumbles upon Muse B’s private studio. It takes some maneuvering and a lot of trespassing, but Muse A finds their way in. Once inside of the other artist’s creative space, Muse A discovers the most amazing work they’ve ever seen. All of Muse B’s pieces evoke a strong emotion in Muse A and they can’t put their finger on why. Against their better judgment, Muse A hangs around the studio in hopes of meeting the artist. Muse B returns some time later, displeased to find Muse A. There’s a reason why Muse B’s work can touch Muse A as it does; Muse B has the unique ability to recreate their subject’s memories in vivid detail, without knowing so much as a first name. Muse B can’t turn it off, or choose what memories they create, good or bad. It’s a power they’ve had since they were young and they don’t want anyone to find out and exploit it. Frankly, Muse B finds their gift to be a burden.

Anyone interested in this RP?When she was 12, a girl found she had the ability to stop time and restart it. At this time she was an orphan who was very poor, but she then started to use this power to commit petty crimes (namely stealing from stores). Now she's
16 and still alone, but she's convinced herself that she's happy as she can have most anything she wants. That's when she meets a boy and she takes an interest in him.
The boy was there for her latest crime, he saw her... Then she vanished along with some stuff from the shop. He swore that she was just standing there but has no proof that she stole anything. The next day at school he suddenly has a power awaken... The ability to turn living objects into statues and back. He decided that he'd find the girl and stop her, then bring her to the police to show he was right.
Both begin to search for each other until one day they pass each other on the street. The boy quickly takes the opportunity to petrify her. As he did, he noticed that she was really cute... He takes her petrified form home and after sorting everything out, he can't bring himself to turn her in and he lets her go.
As they days go on, they keep meeting by accident and start to become friends. With the boy really not having friends and being less accepted since he got his powers, the girl tries to bring him more into her world as they start to fall in love with each other.
Will the boy make her a good girl or will the girl corrupt the boy? Will they be caught? And why did they get these powers to start?
This can be mature, if you want.
