can't join the author program?

Hi, so I've tried several times to join the author program and so far I haven't gotten any answer, which I imagine it means it's declined. But I'm pretty sure I am me.

I've filled out the form time and time again and so far nothing.

To clarify, it's not just for identification purposes. They have to verify where your book is published and in what format.

Where is this book available? It would be good to have a URL or other indicator of how it is published since there is no ISBN.

Sorry if I'm a bit of a mess, I have a hard time doing all of these online things

If I had to guess, and I have no special insight, but I think part of the issue is the number of profiles that belong to authors with your name. There's another illustrator besides you as well.
Only one of them is claimed, so some of the books have been moved to different profiles and are scattered around. I will sort them a bit now.

Someone added the other editions of Everything Will Be Okay.
You will need to write to Support and let them know that all of your books are now on this one profile.
