Please, incorrect page count

Hello. The page count is set to 756 and it is incorrect. I have this book and it should be 567. Whereas even at the publisher's web site the number is listed incorrectly, here is a link from a site that have it well:

To makre it even more confusing, World Cat has this book at 725 pages!

Can you tell me what, if anything comes after page 567 on your copy?

It says "FINIS" on that page 567 and the next one is the index on a non-numbered page, then another three no-numbered pages, two without anything on them and the middle one with little information of printer etc.
