All i remember is a teenager in foster care was a problem for his parents, and then he met someone who knew him, his parents, and where he came from.
There was an evil group who was after him. They used glasses that had magical powers, which i believe were called ocular glasses. That's about as much as i remember. I do remember a specific library part, where they went to a library, which was actually controlled by the evil people
