Help! My book cover display keeps reverting to old cover

I have a new novel listed with Goodreads that has 3 different cover versions. The version that is the "final" version -- the one I would like displayed on Goodreads -- is the green background with five colorful leaves. The other two are older versions that are simply left on file in case anyone has already identified the book by the earlier cover.

Anyway, another librarian posted the updated green cover for me, but when I logged in today, the green cover was shown as an archived older version and the yellow/multi-colored cover was displayed as the main photo. Could someone help me get this fixed?

Thanks Abcdarian. I did exactly as you stated and my green cover (the final one I wish to use) is already indicated as being the primary cover. When I look now, the green cover is displayed on the main page as it should. But when I looked earlier today, it displayed the older version, even though the green cover had been uploaded and marked as primary some days ago. I wonder what is going on?

Thanks Melaslithos. Yes, it seems to be displaying the proper cover now, even though I've done nothing since my initial post to change the cover setup. So strange. Thanks for your feedback!
