I am enjoying this book so much. I started reading Christmas Eve, mainly as a pick me up. Cannot wait to see what happens down the road.

Fourteen chapters in and loving it so far! Not what I expected (went in "blind") but I'm pleasantly surprised. Especially enjoying the fast pace and dual POV.

so Im 26 chapter in. Im now committed to the journey. I was super nervous that this book wouldn't get to the point. we started with the prologue and I was like.... ummmmm are we gonna find out what happened? Now Im over 50% in the plot has thickened!!!

I finished this yesterday. I listened to the audiobook and it was great! I usually read fantasy so I wasn't sure if I would like it or not. I was pleasantly surprised. Now I really want to check out the tv series.

I read this on the weekend and really enjoyed it. I must admit, I went into it knowing nothing but it was a popular sci-fi and I really wasn’t expecting the police procedural / detective twist at all.
Luckily I really fell for the characters and was hooked on the mystery almost immediately (I just had to know how the prologue was tied to the main plot).
Definitely going to continue with this series.

I've already read up to book 8 (listened actually -- these books are what made me love audiobooks, the narrator is excellent) so I didn't join in for this one, but it's definitely worth continuing! In my opinion books 5-7 are the weakest, but by that point you're too invested, and it's not like they're bad so much as they're just not as good. Glad to see all the positive responses!

I enjoyed this very much. I was a nice, easy read to kick off the new year. 4 stars for the alternating POVs, the normalcy of the characters (coffee anyone), and simply because I had a good time reading this.

Loved this book! I loved the mystery, loved the (morally grey) characters and their dynamic and I loved that it seems the authors try to keep the science as realistic as possible (or at least more realistic then others I've read befor). Can't wait to read the rest of the series!
