I finished Lady of the Lake. To be fair I have read a lot of great books lately and it may have slanted my opinion. But this didn't seem as good as it should have. I gave it a four star but that was only because I couldn't give it a 3.5. Anyway, it was still entertaining. Now on to Peril's Gate. My final book of the year.

I really need to pick a book to end the year with a bang.

Bit late in the month but my new graphic novels arrived (finally) so I will be starting Star Wars: Darth Vader - Dark Lord of the Sith, Vol. 1: Imperial Machine and I am reading A New Dawn

....might be on a bit of a Star Wars kick lol

I finished a couple books last night. First, A Little Hatred. It was perfection, and possibly my favorite book I read this year.

I also finished off the Kane Chronicles with The Serpent's Shadow. This trilogy got better as it went along.

Now I'm starting Starsight.

Final book of the year A Little Hatred which was brilliant. Hope it's not too long before the next one comes out. Have to say that I much prefer the cover of mine with the flag and flames to the one goodreads is showing.

This year I would like to read as many Poirot's books I can. So I started with The Mysterious Affair at Styles, that I finished today.
