unknown shifter book

There is a book where theres a pack of werewolves and theres this girl. I believe the girl didnt know she was a shifter. However a packmate knows and she knows that the one girl willneed help shifting. When that girl does she ends up running because she felt like she betrayed her pack. I believe there was a guy that the nonknowing shifter liked and he was also a shifter. The pack met up sometimes for gatherings.

Why does the girl feel like she betrayed her pack? Is there more than one pack involved - are they enemies or something? Where does she run to? And is it mostly romance or mostly a story about the girl who didn't know she was a shifter? Does she have a family? What does the girl do - go to school or does she have a job? Finally, what did the pack do at their gatherings?

Also, when did you read this book and was it an e-book, paperback, etc? Do you think it was YA or adult and did it have sex scenes? Where was the book set? The more information you can give the easier it will be for someone to identify it.
