Updating Book Covers

I've updated several of my book covers and am trying to get them fixed in Goodreads. It keeps telling me I can't.
The books effected are:

Hi Crissy,

Authors do not have the ability to delete covers. Only librarians can do so, and only under very rare circumstances. Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers because users like to shelve the edition that matches the one they own. Instead, we create alternate cover editions (ACEs), and you as the author have the ability to set the new cover as the default edition.

Also, a couple things you should know:

1) On Goodreads, 'ebook' and 'kindle' editions are NOT the same formats. I edited several of your books accordingly. Also, please make sure you put the Amazon ASIN into the ASIN field, not the ISBN13 field.

2) When books are republished with a new pen name, ALL editions of the book must retain the ORIGINAL pen name as the primary author. For your book Osiren's Tears, I had to change the authorship accordingly. Why does this matter to you? Only the PRIMARY author can set the default edition. Therefore if you want to be able to set the new cover for that book as default edition, you will need to claim your other pen name, C.L. Moss here:

Just scroll down to the bottom and click on "Is this you? Let us know." You will need to provide a different email address than the one you previously used to claim Crissy Moss.

Once you have successfully claimed the C.L. Moss profile, just log in to that profile and follow the instructions linked above to set the new cover as the default for Osiren's Tears.
