Name of this book?!?

I don’t remember many details, but this lady that is in something like the navy or army in the modern time and she ends up time traveling looking for her brother, she gets thrown into the Viking era? Or maybe back into old Scotland. Anyway she ends up being helped prisoner by this handsome guy in charge, until she is deemed to not be a threat. She ends up helping them learn to be clean, and to treat woman better. I remember she is head strong.And she eventually falls in love with the guy and has to decide on staying with him or continuing her search for her brother.
I remember a few minor things like her being in (a mess hall?) and this man grabs a woman and starts kissing and touching the woman up against the wall, and the lead woman approaches them and scolds them.
Another minor thing was the lead man of the story could never get good sleep until she came along, and he didn’t like that at first.
I remember a few other things, but for the life of me can’t find this book! So any help will be appreciated guys!
