John (johncoxon) | 16 comments I inherited a copy of the book 'How to Identify the Stars' by Willis I. Milham, and the copy I now have is a 1925 reissue published by The Macmillan Company, New York. Searching for the book turns up four different editions of the book, all added as separate books rather than as editions of the same book. When I try to go into the record for any of the books to combine the four records, hitting 'combine editions' doesn't let me see any books except for the one I'm editing and perhaps some unrelated works. What do I do in this situation? I don't want to add my version to a listing if it isn't the One True Listing, but I also can't combine the editions so I can add mine.

Scott | 9014 comments I've combined them. The author names all needed to be the same, so I've fixed those.
