I'd like to try something different for 2020. We now have over 600 members! Some of our original members have read many of the books on the list already, so they might prefer to read the lesser known books, the larger books, series books, buddy reads, and great books that didn't make the list.

What about the rest of you! I'd like to propose a "Catch-up" Category or a "Must Read" category for the most popular or most important books that you might have missed for whatever reason. What do you think? What could we call the new category?

We have "big books" and we've discussed reading more series books. What other categories, or category names might be fun?

Bonus points for the most creative or practical suggestions!

Gretchen "Catch Up" or "It's Baaaack". (Being silly). I did not join many of the reads or read at different times but this is a great idea category for those who did not read the first go 'round or joined after a book was read.

Gretchen Gretchen's Catch Up Challenge

Hi all. I did not read many of the books in the past couple of years when the group read them so one of my goals this year is to read at least one per month. This will include big books and not so big books. Please join me. Maybe Nancy would create my own little thread?😸
I am starting in March. I will post here or in my own little thread 😀What I plan to read. I will post later today. Please join me. If you haven't been following along, this is great time to start. I may set up my personal challenge to read a "regular" book in two weeks and a big book in a month. You do not have to follow this schedule.

Awesome Gretchen!

I placed your first book A Prayer for Owen Meany on our group bookshelf. You can edit the dates if you want to keep the thread open longer. It's such a great book!
