What I would do is go on to NetGalley first. I want to do the same but you have to have a really broad community on your blog.

If nothing else, just find their email/mailing address and write and ask. The worst they can do is ignore you.
By doing the above I've had Dean Koontz agree to do a huge favor for me AND send me a signed book and personal letter just for taking the chance. Where do you think we get all the Q&A authors? It's because a few of us (well, mostly Jenny) write and ask. :)

I have never reviewed an ARC before and I really want to contact a publisher to ask for a book that I have been highly anticipating.
But I have never approached a publisher directly so I would like some tips on now to do that.
Hope you can help!
