I'm happy to say I'm one of the editors Reedsy selected (hey, I'm just being honest, too), but authors have a variety of editors to fit their specific genres or needs.

Reedsy is putting together, essentially, a marketplace for writers and editors--an opportunity for authors to figure out exactly what they're looking for and exactly what editor would be most helpful in getting that.
These are some of the most difficult considerations for first-time authors with a first-draft manuscript, so I am very enthusiastic about what Reedsy could be.

Out of 2,000 working editors, only 200 were invited to join Reedsy, so it's the best of the best.
I hope new and aspiring authors make their way to Reedsy, because this could be extraordinarily helpful for them.
