Books spread over multiple profiles

But I have books that are mine - Manhunt, Target (one edition) and Sanctuary Buried that are instead assigned to this profile:

Please can you reassign them to my profile?

This is a repeat problem, and I always have to have someone reassign my books to my profile. How can we stop this from happening?

Some help would be great.

Done. When your books are entered the author name needs to be Lisa^^^^^Phillips, with ^ being spaces.

But I don't enter my books...? If they're just coming over from Amazon and Harlequin. Am I supposed to tell them to include the spaces?
