SOLVED. Weird kids book where everyone in town falls in love with this girl? [s]

I read this probably 8 or 9 years ago, and it was probably published a few years before I read it.
It was about a girl who either wished something or got something, and suddenly everyone in town was in love with her. Even the movie star that for some reason was in town. I don't think it was meant to be creepy, but being that adults were acting like they were in love with a kid, it kinda was. I remember the cover had the girls face on it, and I think she had red hair.

What age reader was it aimed at? Middle grade (age 10-11 about), YA? Or younger - was it a chapter book or picture book? How old was the girl?

I believe it was for middle grade, and the girl was probably 11 or 12. I'm trying to remember, but the title might have been something like "girl's name and (blank) of love" or something similar. I also think it was part of a series of books that had a similar theme but weren't actually connected.

Was the girl called Fiona? If she was, I think I also read this book (but can't remember title!)
