Seema Syed (colortaggedbooks) | 1 comments Hello All, I wanted to check if anyone has started a monthly book theme idea? I saw a Bookstagrammer on Instagram recommend this and was fascinated. So for example, November is a) Non Fiction November and b) Native American Heritage Month. While I have started on my non fiction stack, I am browsing some selections for native American reads.

I would love to hear from you all and see how we can take this forward:)

Thank You!

Lisa | 2 comments Not exactly a monthly book theme, but a YouTuber created a game for herself called TBR Pursuit, in which she made a game board where each genre is represented by a different colour. She has this little plastic pie where she puts slices in of each of the colours she lands on and once the pie is complete she has her books to read for that month! Her name is Jadeyraereads. I think its a really interesting way of choosing your books for the month! I couldn't do it for myself though because I am a big mood reader and I like to just pick up whatever I'm feeling at the time. :) You should check out her videos! She just posted her "December TBR Pursuit" video a few days ago.

Amber Grey | 1 comments For February 2020, a book I'd like to recommend is "Together At Midnight" by Jennifer Castle. This is about two strangers who witness a tragic accident set in NYC and then accept a dare where they decide to perform random acts of kindness to strangers.

This is a beautiful story Reese!!
