we have a lot of languages. Chinese, spanish, french, latin, italian, hebrew... um... and some more I forgot
How can your school offer that many languages?! Mine only offers Spanish and French! I have to teach myself everthing else. :P
That stinks. :( You could try to borrow some stuff from you local library system. I know that mine has some of the Rosetta Stones.
Knowing another language is always helpful if you're going to another country, assuming that that country isn't mainly English-speaking country. I know a really useful website with a bunch of different languages, although it doesn't have Swahili.

That's what all my friends said when they decided to take spanish. But I didn't listen, and I took french instead. And I love it. I also want to learn Italian someday.

Try finding Italian contacts to practice with. I'll check that site out too.
that means...there are two birds in the tree.
I know i couldn't think of anything up that good....other then that.
although i just realized that one word is wrong...>< anyhow got to go! I have a concert to attend! later!

Tiziano Ferro in Italy he is very popular. I think he is number three there in the charts. That's okay she will get the hang of it eventually. :) It does take a lot of time to understand a language.

which languages do you wish you could speak, Johnny boy?"

I want to learn Italian. And latin is good to take 'cause it helps on the SAT's... but then I'd be taking three languages, french, latin, and italian.
I'm going to learn Italian (and many others), but I'm not too interested in Latin. It helped me with German, but not much else.
because it just doesn't click in my head. I have kinda known spanish since i was like five and i almost failed spanish last year
i is same, it just doenst click with me, Latin does, and i hope italian will, but, who kniows???
