Want to run a Launch Day Giveaway, but book is not recognized

I want to run a Launch Day Giveaway for my new novel, but when I try to set it up, the system does not recognize the ISBN or the Book ID. This is probably because I have not yet uploaded the final text file on amazon. The Kindle edition is available for pre-order, but the paperback is not yet available for pre-order (and won't be until after Launch Day.) The book is scheduled to Launch December 2, so I want to run a Giveaway in the run-up to the Launch and then give away launch-day copies to the winners. Is there a way to override the problem? Book info is:

The paperback needs to be up on Goodreads before you can run a giveaway for it, but the Kindle edition is here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...

Do you want to run a giveaway for the Kindle edition as well? You can try with the book ID, which is 48338520 (the number in the URL - what you called the book ID is actually the ASIN).
