I love to read, write, draw, and my favorite colors are red and black.

Hello! My name is Karly, and I am sixteen years old from the United States. My favorite books... Hmm that's a tough question... My yearly book reads are the Harry Potter series, Dear Evan Hansen (the book), The Fault in Our Stars, Five Feet Apart, The Maze Runner Series, Let it Snow, Just Listen, Temptation, the Once Upon a Con Series, and the Real Mermaids series. Some things that I like to do are read (obviously), and I love to write stories, (there is one here on Goodreads, tell me what you think). I love music more than anything in the world, and my favorite music to listen to is Twenty Øne Piløts, and Taylor Swift. Please don't judge me about the fact that I love Taylor Swift, she is an absolutely amazing person, and her music has always been there for me more than people have. My dream job is either an art teacher, or a music teacher, or just any kind of teacher in general. Hey all! I’m Shae and I live in CA. I’m 25 and love all things fantasy and YA. The list would be too long if I tried to list all my favorite books but some of my favorite authors include Leigh Bardugo, Erin Morgenstern, V.E. Schwab, Holly Black, and Robin LaFevers. I’m a huge Harry Potter and Disney nerd, they’re basically my nostalgic kryptonite. I used to compete in rodeo, it was basically my entire childhood...and lasted through college. My favorite movies and tv shows are comedies and horrors and I’m obsessed with true crime. Music wise, I love rap, classic rock and anything Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey, and Halsey make. Oh and not to brag but I have the cutest pup that ever lived and I love her with my entire heart. I’m a latecomer when it comes to reading, I first started really getting into books after my first surgery at 23. I was invited to this group, which I appreciate because I only have 1 book friend... and she reads slower than molasses... so I’m excited to make more bookish friends!
