There are too many amazing books to make a definitive list of my favorites, but a couple authors I really like (in no particular order) include: Sarah J Maas, Leigh Bardugo, Kerri Maniscalco, Holly Black, S A Chakraborty, Marie Lu, Stephanie Garber, Claudia Grey, Marissa Meyer... the list goes on, hahaha.

I love to read (obviously), write, and play cello. I also love soccer and running/biking/hiking. Outdoors and around trees is my happy place. I have two dogs and a cat, and I adore them all but I'm definately a cat person :) My dream job is an author, or maybe an editor/some job in publishing. I think it'd be super fun to be able to read unpublished books and help authors polish them up.

I joined this group to motivate me to read more, and just because I thought it would be fun.

My dream job would be a writer, but as it is difficult to make a living on, my second (and more likely) dream job is a doctor or medical researcher. I joined after receiving an invite. While I enjoy reading books just for fun and entertainment, I also like to read books that convey a message or deeper meaning and spend a great deal of time critiquing and analyzing literature. When it comes to books, I tend to dislike the hyped books/series and so have consequently avoided many of the more popular works after learning the hard way that many of the big names in literature do not fit within the parameters of what I think makes a good book or my interests. Besides reading, I love to bullet journal and watch series. I work as an teacher assistant at a school for kids with a language development disorder and I’m studying to be a speech therapist, very excited about it.
