Please add edition of old book pre-ISBN

Hello, I have an old edition of a book that has a reference that appears to be pre-ISBN. It is an edition of 'Bond of the Fire' but the copyright is a couple of years after the edition I have had to select above. However, the copyright statement in my book says "First published in Great Britain by Robert Maxwell Publisher" so possibly the 1965 edition relates to a non UK version?

Reference - 09 007075 2 (I have kept the spaces as the ref isn't the same as ISBN format I think)
