Book about two men who own a building and they’re neighboors

I read this book I think about a year ago so there’s these two men and one of them is richer than the other the rich helped this other guy buy a bar and then they both own the same apt building but each have half ownership. So there’s this girl she lives in the building and she gets to know both of them. She met the first guy cuz she own a bakery I think and she used to know him and then the other guy was her neighbor. The rich guy is more like serious while the other guy he’s more like funny and playful
