How is your first few days of reading going?
Did you start early?

message 2: by Simone (new)

Simone (simonec75) I had a great start in November. I finished one of my retellings Elementary, She Read and it was great. A cozy fall Sherlockian murder mystery. But that is not the only books I have read so far. I went on a long road trip and finished a few audiobooks. I'm now working on books 8 and 9 for November. I'm in awe!

BlurryBug | 357 comments Tiger Lily by Jodi Lynn Anderson I started both and The Surface Breaks by Louise O'Neill today
I didnt get much done since I'm still sick...
Will get some more reading done this week as I'm kind of too exhausted to leave the house much

Hope you’ll feel better soon!

Maija (maijavi) I'm reading Blanca & Roja by Anna-Marie McLemore. It mixes the fairy tale "Snow White and Rose Red" with elements of "Swan Lake". I started it before the readathon, but will try to finish it this week.

Day 1: 50 pages

Blanca & Roja by Anna-Marie McLemore

Cass (bookishcass) | 8 comments Day 1: So on top working an 11 hour shift today, I have a cold that is kicking my butt. I didn’t read any of the books on my TBR for this readathon however during the slow times at work I managed to squeeze some reading of another book so it wasn’t a complete day of no reading. I have tomorrow off work so I’m hoping to pick up Beastly by Alex Flinn!

I've been Traveling so the little Ive read has nothing to do with the theme really.

I finished Patient Zero (Joe Ledger, #1) by Jonathan Maberry and Started The Prince and His Bedeviled Bodyguard (Paranormal Princes #1) by Charlie Cochet which has like werecreatures and has it own lore/Mythology based of lore/Mythology so it kind of counts right? Lol It mainly romance though.

message 13: by Susy (new)

Susy (susysstories) Definitely counts Ke-sha! (I always interpret the theme in the most broad way possible lol)
