SOLVED. Christian Romance. An almost 20 year old book called "After the Storm." [s]

There are SO MANY book called "After the storm" I can't for the life of me find the one I read somewhere between 2000 and 2003. It may have already come out earlier than that. I picked it up at some book sale and It was one of my first romance reads that I enjoyed. Cannot for the life of me find it. Don't remember the author. I do remember the original cover but I can't find that either and covers change out so much these days. I really would love to find it again someday as its kind of nostalgic for me.

Genre: Christian romance
Plot: Kind of vaguely remember: A woman is being forced into an engagement for business purposes, to some high-level business jerk. But she can't stand him. Then she runs into a guy she really likes who travels around the country Can't remember his career?. She only sees him intermittently.

She goes to visit her brother in California for a break/vacation. He used to party all the time, and now he's found faith. She too finds her faith and struggles to break her forced engagement off. She reunites with the man she really likes.

It's probably not going to be easy to find. If you find it I'll be super impressed! Thank you in advance for anyone who tries.
